How assistance works
- Submit this applicationTell us about the athlete, the event, and the help needed. Takes about 10 minutes.
- The Foundation reviews itRequests are reviewed for eligibility against available Foundation funds.
- Approved costs are paid to the providerApproved assistance is generally paid directly to the tournament, hotel, airline, or vendor rather than to the applicant.
